Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Budgettrips, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair to all our valued customers.

1. General Cancellation Guidelines

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable charges (e.g., flight bookings).
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before the travel date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before the travel date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain hotel bookings, flight tickets, and activities may be labeled as non-refundable. In such cases, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.

3. Partial Cancellations

If only part of a package is canceled (e.g., hotel or sightseeing), applicable charges for the canceled component will apply as per individual vendor policies.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations caused by natural disasters, political unrest, flight disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist in rescheduling wherever possible.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment.
• We do not refund service charges or gateway fees.
